President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has extended his deepest condolences to the family of Ibrahim Khaleem, a distinguished public servant who passed away at the age of 76. Khaleem, a resident of M. Pathkoani, dedicated more than half a century to the service of the Maldivian state.
Throughout his illustrious career spanning over 50 years, Khaleem served at Muleeaage, the official presidential residence, under the administrations of six different Maldivian presidents. His unwavering commitment, sincerity, and meticulous attention to detail earned him the prestigious National Award for Public Service.
In a formal tribute, President Muizzu highlighted Khaleem’s exceptional loyalty and the significant tenure he spent within the halls of the presidential residence. The President offered prayers for the deceased’s soul to attain eternal peace in Jannah and for strength for the grieving family during this difficult time.
The late Ibrahim Khaleem was a widely respected figure known for his diligence. Funeral prayers are scheduled to take place at 11:00 PM tonight at the Aasahara Mosque in Male’.
