The Maldives Police Service has successfully recovered stolen property valued at approximately MVR 1.5 million following a series of targeted operations conducted over the past two weeks.

Authorities reported that the recovery was the outcome of intensive efforts spearheaded by three police stations within the capital city, Malé. To date, the total valuation of the retrieved items amounts to MVR 1,461,315.

A breakdown of the figures reveals that the Galolhu Police Station accounted for the recovery of goods worth MVR 710,406, while the Henveiru Police Station successfully reclaimed assets valued at MVR 490,286.

While the Maldives Police Service has confirmed the financial value of the recovered assets, specific details regarding the categories or descriptions of the stolen property have not been disclosed to the public.
