Fireworks Display Planned for New VIA Terminal Opening

Fireworks displays have been arranged around Male’ and near Velana International Airport to mark the opening of the new terminal.

According to the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), fireworks will be launched from 16 locations around Male’ and 3 locations near the airport.

The fireworks display will begin at 8:30 PM tomorrow night following the terminal’s opening ceremony and will last for six minutes.
