Villa International High School (VIHS) has presented its long-standing annual initiative, “Sagaafee Dhathuru” (Cultural Journey), to the Minister of Youth Empowerment, Information and Arts, Heena Waleed.

The presentation was conducted during the Minister’s official visit to Villa College yesterday. “Sagaafee Dhathuru” is a specialized program focused on history and heritage, designed to cultivate a deeper interest in the Dhivehi language and its various dialects among the student body.

According to Villa College, this year marks the 13th consecutive year the activity has been successfully organized. During her visit, Minister Heena also engaged in discussions with college officials regarding potential collaborations between the Ministry and the institution to further advance the fields of arts, culture, and education in the Maldives.
