The Ministry of Economic Development has announced that vessel declaration services, along with import permits for fireworks and flares, will be accessible through the National Single Window platform, “Tradian,” starting this Sunday.
This initiative is part of the government’s broader strategy to modernize and digitize cross-border trade transactions. The Tradian platform, which launched its first phase in April of last year, serves as a unified network to streamline international trade and vessel clearance by connecting various regulatory authorities into a single digital interface.
According to the Ministry, a transition period will be provided to allow stakeholders to acclimate to the new system. Consequently, applications can still be submitted through existing channels alongside the Tradian platform until June 10, 2026.
However, the Ministry emphasized that from June 11, 2026, all vessel declarations and permit applications for fireworks and flares will be processed exclusively through the Tradian portal, marking a total shift towards digital trade facilitation.
