President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has officially established the ‘Citizens’ Complaints Bureau’ within the President’s Office, a 24-hour service dedicated to providing swift resolutions to public concerns and grievances.
The newly formed bureau will utilize a modern digital management system to track and address issues submitted through various communication channels. This initiative also involves coordinating with relevant state institutions to gather data and ensure appropriate accountability in responding to citizens. Furthermore, a dedicated call center will be integrated into the bureau to maintain continuous accessibility for the public.
While the administrative framework and staffing processes are currently underway at the President’s Office, the bureau is expected to become fully operational by mid-year. This establishment fulfills a key commitment made by President Muizzu during his Presidential Address to the People’s Majlis on February 5th.
