MALÉ – The Maldives Police Service has launched a search for a 32-year-old woman, Fathimath Noora, who was reported missing from Malé after last being seen on the night of Monday, 4 March.

According to a statement released by the police, Ms. Noora, identified as being from Kashimaage, Lh. Naifaru, was last seen leaving her residence in Malé around 20:00 (8:00 PM) on 4 March. Her family reported her disappearance to the police at approximately 00:19 (12:19 AM) on 5 March.

The police confirmed that following the report, information has been shared with all relevant departments, and a search operation is currently underway. As of the latest update, Ms. Noora has not yet been located.

The Maldives Police Service has appealed to the public for assistance in locating Fathimath Noora. Members of the public with any information regarding Ms. Noora’s whereabouts are urged to contact Galolhu Police Station on 9631696 or the police hotline on 3322111.
