The Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) has announced the launch of its new online portal, ‘My MCS’, to streamline and digitalise its services. The portal is set to commence operations, with all services migrating to the new system effective from the 19th of this month.

Access and Services

Users will be able to log in to the ‘My MCS’ portal via eFaas. The platform will facilitate several key services, including the clearance of criminal records, arrangement of legal counsel visits for inmates, and scheduling of family visits for those incarcerated.

Transition to New System

MCS has confirmed that requests submitted through its previous e-service portal will no longer be accepted. From the 19th of this month, all service requests must be exclusively submitted through the new ‘My MCS’ portal.
